Return Policy
- All possible returns must be pre-approved before the products can be returned. Delivery Drivers are not authorized to accept returns without prior approval. Please contact your Salesperson or Customer Service Representative for assistance.
- If UFS is responsible for an error regarding the product ordered and shipped, then there will be no return charges or restocking fees.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Ball Feeler and Straight Pin Feeler assemblies are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Any freight charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- The following products cannot be returned for any credit.
- Special-order products.
- Etched products.
- Bent Feeler assemblies.
- Products that have been held for over 30 days.
- Stock items returned in poor and unsellable conditions.
- Credit will be issued after return approval and all product is returned to UFS.
